1. Order Cancellation Policy- Request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of payment.All cancellations are subject to 15% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
2. Refund Policy- We offer a 9 month money back guarantee on all 9 month supplies ONLY. If after 9 months after item is received, customer is not satisfied with their results, simply return empty bottles for a refund. Return shipping must be paid by customer. Customer will be charged a 15% processing fee before refund will be issued.
3. Returned Orders: We only ship to the address entered into Amazon Checkout as the shipping address.Orders returned to us by the carrier for any reason will incur new shipping charges if we are to re-ship the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, the customer will incur a non- negotiable 15% returned charge. This fee will be deducted prior to the issuance of any refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. International Orders: We only accept Amazon Checkout for USA/UK/Canada orders. If you live outside of these countries, you must make your order by emailing support@dimecurves.com and make payment via Western Union.
